Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Include photos of the damaged or defective product, if possible.
Return Process
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Customers are responsible for returning the product in its original condition unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued after the returned product is inspected and confirmed to meet our return criteria.
- Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment; for cash on delivery orders, a refund or replacement will be arranged based on mutual agreement.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after the product is received.
Exclusions
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
